Last Saturday, February 16th 2013, marked the first annual Capitol Hill CTF (Capture the Flag) event which was held at the beautiful and historic Mansion on O Street in Washington D.C.

The event was organized by Ivy Catchpole and had many enthusiastic sponsors and contributors:

Security Society of Capitol Hill, Girl Tech, Miami Pown Machine, the National Security Agency, The Mansion on O Street, Hack Miami, Nick Farr, Demyo, Women’s Society of Cyberjutsu, Serepick, and Nimble Security!

The event curator arranged for me to stay at the O Mansion as a guest artist so that I could help document the event as well as create a special ambiance with the Technophobia Film Festival screening, which I am currently touring with.

I was glad to have a role in this event, and I hid all sorts of dvds, cds, postcards, and other goodies throughout the mansion all weekend long as well as gave them away to participants at this unique event.

In addition to screening the films of Technophobia, I also attempted to create a fun vibe with several spy and alter ego outfit changes ☺

The next Technophobia Film Festival screening is on March 22nd, here in San Francisco at one of my favorite underground cinemas: the Artists' Television Access. I will have more news, anecdotes, and pictures after that.
